Object: The object - is a process of manufacturing enterprises’ management system formation that are used to improve the enterprises performance and increase of economic value added. The aim – development of scientific and theoretical positions and practical recommendations with regards to the design, implementation and operation of integrated system of value based management at manufacturing enterprises. Methods: SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis, comparison, grouping, detail, analysis and synthesis, abstraction method, the method of expert evaluation, mathematical tools using fuzzy logic methods and score evaluations, mathematical computation program system MATLAB, graphical methods. The theoretical value of the system is to study the latest developments in the field of science to manage the cost of enterprise, and singling out the main ways in which scientific research can be done to solve the problems associated with the construction, implementation and operation of integrated systems of value-based management domestic machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty is to develop theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations on the development and use of an integrated system of value-based management of engineering enterprises. The study examined the theoretical and methodological tools and practical aspects of value-based business management engineering industry. The practical significance of the results is the ability to use the developed technique and applied the provisions of creating an integrated system of value-based business management engineering industry to obtain additional economic benefits.
