Essay

Object of research: a set of organizational, legal and socio-economic relations that arise in the management of tourism activities in rural areas. Objective: To study the theoretical, methodological and practical basis for forming a system of tourism activities in rural areas in the context of the development of a socially-oriented market agrarian economy. Methods: abstraction, analysis and synthesis, inductive and deductive, historical, logical, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, genetic, retrospective, comparison, grouping, graphical, tabular, building trend, comparative analysis, extrapolation. Scientific novelty: the first Conceptual principles of management of tourism activities in rural areas based on the formation of an integrated system of state regulation of partnerships in the field of rural tourism; improved principles of state regulation of rural tourism, scientific and methodical approach to defining social and psychological portrait of the consumer of rural tourism, scientific and methodological basis of forecasting the number of customers of rural tourism and business tourism businesses; had the further development of the concept of "rural tourism" clarify functional responsibilities of executive authorities at all levels to improve the efficiency of tourism activity in rural areas popularization of rural tourism, the use of tools to increase the investment attractiveness of rural tourism.
