Research object: 4-carboxamide-4-сyanobutadienolate derivatives , 2-pyridone derivatives, cyclic diketones, cyanoacetic acid, amides, primary amines, dimethylformamide dimethylacetal. The purpose of the study - the disclosure of the synthetic potential of the 4-carboxamide-4-hydrazide cyanobutadienolates and their analogues in the multi-vector heterocyclization reactions that lead to a variety of 2-pyridone derivatives, as well as the establishment of the factors controlling the direction and selectivity of these transformations. Methods: modern organic synthesis using thermal and microwave heating, a set of physical and spectral methods, including high-performance liquid chromatography, one and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and X-ray analysis. Theoretical and practical results: The study of transformations of 4-carboxamide and 4-carboxhydrazide cyanobutyl-1,3-dienolate allow us to create series of high-performance one-pot procedures for the production of 2-pyridone, without isolation of the intermediate enolates. An efficient preparative method for the synthesis of cyclic 4-cyanobutyl-1.3-dienolate. The effective one-pot synthesis technique different derivatives N1-substituted 2-pyridones. Novelty: firstly systematic series of 4-carboxamide-4-cyanobutyl-1,3-dienolate, and their hydrazide analogs was isolated and characterized and their structures were unambiguously proved. It is possible to use them as starting compounds for the search for new multi-vector heterocyclizations and the most favorable conditions for their selective leakage. Firstly regularities of controlled heterocyclizations of 4-cyanobutyl-1.3dienolate were established. The result allow us to switch four directions of heterocyclizations. Introduction degree: 2-pyridone derivatives are used as many drugs. Scope (area) use: scientific research, medical and biological, pharmacological studies, organic chemistry.
