Essay

This paper focuses on actual question of modern pediatrics - increase of diagnostic and therapeutic measures effectiveness of prolonged conjugated jaundice in young children. Appearing of risk factors of prolonged conjugated jaundice in young children was investigated. In this investigation we extended presentation of course and pathogenetical peculiarities of prolonged conjugated jaundice in young children, namely - disorder of functional condition of hepatobiliary system in a way of motor dysfunction gall bladder, chiefly in hypotonic type. Also in this research was investigated disbalance in cytokine system due to index TNF- decrease and tendency of decrease in index correlation TNF- and HGF and decrease of expression microRNA-21-3p and microRNA-885-5p. In this thesis was grounded expedience of inclusion into complex therapy of prolonged conjugated jaundice of medicine hepatoprotection and cholikinetic activities. It was shown that optimization of medical complex due to inclusion of ursodeoxycholic acid assists fast regression of clinical-paraclinical signs of jaundice and normalizes functional condition of biliary tract in children with prolonged conjugated jaundice.
