Kilimnik T. Clinic and immunological characteristics of the process and treatment tactics of newborns with congenital pneumonia.

The dissertation is devoted to the ascertainment of early diagnostic, differential-diagnostic criteria and the prognosis of congenital pneumonia with different characteristics and severity of full term newborns on the basis of comparative analysis of research (anamnesis, clinical, neurological, immunological, instrumental - X-ray, ultrasound research) and also improvement and evaluating of medical effectiveness of medicinal correction measures (early usage of immunity and neuroprotective therapy) in the complex of traditional standard treatment. As the result of research peculiarities of changing of the state of thymus and immunocompetent cells of the patients with different severity of congenital pneumonia during all phases of main disease developing are revealed taking into consideration the dynamics of changing of pathologic process with the cerebrum tissues disorder and also in the catamnesis of the first year of life. The scheme of treatment of full term newborns with the congenital pneumonia is improved.
