Essay

The thesis are decided to relevant scientific task of Pediatrics to saving and restore the health of children, who were born by using of assisted reproductive technologies (IVF), by examining the characteristics of their physical and psychomotor development, predicting unfavorable perinatal period, violations of their physical and psychomotor development and development of the concept of integrated medical and psychological rehabilitation programs mothers and their children. Women who resort to IVF are burdened with physical and psychological pregravidar background, a higher frequency of complications during pregnancy and new-born of induced pregnancies have higher numbers of perinatal complications. Postnatal period of these children is characterized by retarded physical and psychomotor development compared with children who were naturally conceived, also there have a higher level general morbidity. These data suggest the need for careful evaluation of all factors for planning a pregnancy, carrying pregravidal training, prenatal care, childbirth, nursing and rehabilitation treatment of children, who were born by IVF.Based on own experience and analysis of current Ukrainian researches and was proposed approximate incremental measures aimed at maintaining and restoring the health of IVF-children.
