. The object of the research is the management process of fixed assets structure for scientific and technical preparation of machine-building production. The purpose of the investigation is the construction of theoretical regulations and methodic-applied recommendations ground of fixed assets structure formation for scientific and technical preparation of machine-building production stage. Dialectical method as long as methods of analysis and synthesis, system analysis, modeling, abstracting, structure-logical analysis were used by the author. The theoretical value of the study is in the development of categorical apparatus, and principles of the fixed assets structure formation for the scientific and technical preparation of production stage necessities. The scientific novelty of the results is in the designing of theoretical regulations and providing of methodical recommendations relative to fixed assets structure formation for scientific and technical preparation of machine-building production stage. Theoretic-methodical and applied approaches to the formation of the fixed assets structure at the stage of the scientific and technical preparation of machine-building production are the subject of the research. The implementation of proposed methods and principles of STPP fixed assets structure formation in practice of machine-building enterprises will enable the increasing of managerial decisions level of validity. This will help to provide the effective fulfillment of scientific and technical works and STPP fixed assets structure improvement.
