The object of the research is a quality assurance process of machine-building enterprises. The purpose of the research is the development of theoretical concepts and practical recommendations for improvement and development of machine-building enterprises quality assurance. The author uses such methods as a comparative analysis, specification and synthesis, structural and logical, peer review, statistical analysis, coefficient method, the method of analysis based on quotient-effect diagrams, graphic and tabular methods of displaying. The theoretical value of the thesis is to study the theoretical principles of quality assurance activity.
