The estimation and identification processes of enterprises' investment attractiveness are the research object. The theoretic and methodological, methodic fundamentals of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises are the research subject. The goal of research is to develop theoretic and methodological and applied methodic fundamentals of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises. The research methods are theoretical generalization, grouping, dynamic, statistical and comparative analysis, modeling, structural and logical analysis, calculation and analytical method, graphical method. The conceptual fundamentals of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises have been firstly developed. The method of express-dіagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises, the method of fundamental diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises; the process of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprise have been improved. The typology of external environment factors of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises' formation, the typology of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises' types have been developed. The research results have been embedded into the machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
