In the thesis the complex of theoretical and methodological principles and applied tools of public policy of small entrepreneurship sector economic security system formation are considered. The theoretical and methodological positions of economic security in the small entrepreneurship sector are revealed. The theoretical principles of the state policy of economic security ensuring for small entrepreneurship are researched. The preconditions for the development and economic security of small entrepreneurship in Ukraine are analyzed. The structural and functional analysis of the system of entrepreneurship economic security is carried out. The suggestions on methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the system of state regulation of entrepreneurship economic security improving are formulated. The strategic priorities of forming the system of economic security for small entrepreneurship are justified. The institutional framework, organizational and economic means of security strengthening are defined. Directions of monitoring and diagnosis system of economic security for small entrepreneurship improving are specified.
