Zarichna N. Financial clusters in providing the development of Ukrainian economy.

In the dissertation the basics of financial clusters formation and functioning aimed at providing the economic development of Ukraine are focused on. Theoretical approaches to defining the essence of "financial cluster" concept are considered, the goals of financial clusters formation are systematized and their typology is investigated according to certain criteria; the basic financial and economic factors and conditions of their formation are grounded. The theoretical foundations of the mechanism of financial clusters formation are elaborated considering the current trends in the financial sector of the economy; the system of its principles is also defined. The conditions and trends of financial clusters development are investigated at the national, international and global levels, the peculiarities of their formation in Ukraine are examined, and the logical-structure framework of their creation is developed. A model of a financial cluster is elaborated, the core of which is formed by the participants of financial-credit infrastructure, legal entities and individuals, regulatory authorities and members of the cluster business infrastructure; the range of services is described and the scope of the association members' activities is outlined. The theoretical approach to financial clusters formation on the financial services market in Ukraine is suggested. The stages of evaluation of financial and economic efficiency of financial clusters functioning are defined; the efficiency of scripts for their creation in the western regions of Ukraine on the basis of Foresight method is grounded.
