Essay

Objective: substantiation and improvement of scientific and theoretical bases and practical recommendations for the development of rural entrepreneurship with a consideration of gender factor. Object: the process of rural entrepreneurship development with a consideration of gender factor. Methods: abstract and logic, sociological, economic and mathematical. Theoretical results: development of theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for the rural entrepreneurship development with a consideration of gender factor. Practical results: research position and recommendations outlined in the dissertation are the basis for solving theoretical and applied problems of rural entrepreneurship with a consideration of gender factor. Scientific novelty: The conceptual approach to the formulation and implementation of rural entrepreneurship development strategies, the essence of which consists in taking into account gender-differentiated motives, needs and feasibility of entrepreneurial initiatives in the definition of business strategic lines in order to ensure equal and favorable conditions for the participation of men and women, the distribution of benefits on balanced basis. Degree of implementation: Zhytomyr Association of Agricultural Advisory Service; Chernyakhivskij district employment center; Zhytomyr Region NGO "Woman"; Farm "Olhrys"; ZNAEU. Efficiency: research results will contribute to the development of rural entrepreneurship with a consideration of gender factor. Scope: government agencies, employment centers, NGOs, local governments, agricultural enterprises, rural business formations, universities.
