Ruda L. Features approval global civilizational space at the turn of the XX - the begining XXI century: theoretical aspect.

The features of strengthening global cultural space at the turn of the XXI century were analyzed. Author predicted model of the international community, based on the principles of the global world in the twentieth century. The analysis of civilizational division of Ukraine into east and west was done. Revealed that the formation of a single world civilization system rather complex process that includes not only the developed countries and countries that are part of this civilization, but also other states. Revealed that global civilization includes local civilization, which, integrating into it, not "dissolve" and retain their identity.
