Kurei O. The state regulation of small and medium-sized business in the transitional economies

The thesis is devoted to the development and improvement of certain theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the system of the state regulation of SMEs in the structure of transitional economies. It is proved that at the stage of the establishment and the strengthening of SME sector the state support of small and medium enterprises should be operated and modernized as mandatory facet of the process and space of the economic transformation and should be directed primarily at the infrastructure of business, at the identifying and consideration of the "offers" of the private initiative of enterprises. The mechanism of the state regulation and support of small and medium enterprises in economies in transition is improved in the thesis. The principles of the state regulation of business in economies in transition are disclosed.
