Ignatenko I. Legal principles of land zoning within the inhabited locality boundaries.

The thesis deals with the comprehensive scientific research and development of legal principles of land zoning within the inhabited locality boundaries. Historical and legal analysis of the development of legislation in the afore-referenced sphere has been given. Legal implication of the term "land zoning within the inhabited locality boundaries" has been formulated, developed and separated from other related categories; certain types of zoning have been considered; peculiarities of subject-object structure of corresponding legal relations have been defined. It has been proved that land zoning within the inhabited locality boundaries is the method of specification of the basic special land designation; a comparative analysis of land zoning in accordance with the Ukrainian law and the laws of other countries has been carried out. Current legal loopholes have been defined and certain scientifically grounded suggestions how to improve normative legal regulation in the corresponding sphere of social relations have been given.
