Prohlіada I. Legal bases of activity of wholesale markets of agricultural production in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted research of legal bases of activity of wholesale markets of agricultural production in Ukraine, their essence, priorities and maintenance of activity. A concept and signs of wholesale markets of agricultural production is resulted, investigational order of grant the legal entity of status of the adopted market and privation of him, and also development of legislation about the wholesale markets of agricultural production. Separate attention is spared description of the legal adjusting of placing of infrastructure of wholesale market of agricultural production, grant of various services, and also state support of creation and activity of wholesale markets of agricultural production, such markets. As a result of the conducted research the row of suggestions is brought in from the improvement of current legislation of Ukraine.
