Essay

This work studies public debt and macroeconomic aspects of development in Ukraine. Issues of Economics and the nature of the public debt have been researched, and it has been proved that the national debt is the result of the system of credit, its specific social purpose, functions, properties and characteristics have been revealed. The evolution of theoretical concepts of public debt has been researched by using a comprehensive retrospective analysis of the evolution, milestones, and trends in formation of Ukraine's public debt. Analysis of the interaction of the public debt of the fiscal indicators (revenues, expenditures and budget deficit) in the context of ensuring fiscal sustainability. The interrelation between public debt and monetary indicators of the impact of debt on inflation and price stability in the context of ensuring monetary stability and macroeconomic balance. Risks of public debt have been identified and assessed. Methods of prevention and prevention as the essential condition to ensure macro-financial stability have been studied and researched. The sources and results of public debt dialectics have been revealed, economic and social effects of debt policy have been defined. Various options for optimization of the debt, fiscal and monetary policies in Ukraine been have been proposed. Debt policy priorities of Ukraine have been developed.
