Kolodii I. Administrative and Legal Provision of Information Security at Banking Institutions in Ukraine.

The thesis presents the integrated study of administrative and legal provision of information security at banking institutions in Ukraine and contains elaborated suggestions regarding improvement of the system of information security at banking institutions. In particular, a content of bank information and information security of banking institutions, internal and external information security threats at banking institutions are characterized in the paper. Grounds and criteria of information classification at banking institutions are identified. Principles and methods of bank information security, legal and applied functional aspects of information security system at banking institutions in Ukraine are investigated. Subject matter of mentioned relations is covered.
