Fedorenko O. Democracy as a Method of Modern Society Political Organization and Management

In the dissertation the phenomenon of democracy is comprehended. An author systematizes scientific approaches in which essence of democracy as a method of organization and management of a political life of society. Therefore the realities, conditions, threats, risks, peculiarities of appropriate democratic principles implementation in modern Ukraine are realized. It is investigated the possibility of a democracy to update in accordance with social-economic, social-cultural and social-political changes based on the principle of whose interests are represented in authority; who represents the interests of society; what principles are put in the basis of democratic society organization and by what methods they are realized. It is analyzed the main directions and principles of realization of democratic management in a transitional society. Separately it is investigated the problems and perspectives of a democracy development in modern Ukraine. The role of youth in the processes of democratization of political life in Ukrainian society is grounded.
