The thesis comprehensively examined the legal nature of the judicial protection of workers labor rights. The essence and importance of the judicial protection of workers labor rights in Ukraine are explored. In the work are defined periods of historical and legal aspects of the formation and development of the judicial protection of workers labor rights. The scientific analyze of legal basis of the judicial protection of workers labor rights is made. The author examines the role of the principles of the judicial protection of workers labor rights. The current state of the principles of judicial protection of labor rights is revealed. Also is found out the legal nature of the subjects of the judicial protection of workers labor rights, their tasks and functions are researched. The ways of drawing a positive foreign experience of activity of the subjects of judicial protection of workers labor rights are defined.
