Bank R. Administrative and legal basis of business security support in Ukraine

In this research thesis complex research on administrative and law problems of maintaining the business security in Ukraine is carried out. From the administrative and legal point of view the notion of "support of business security" is developed and its essentials are clued. Principles of business security support in Ukraine are defined and the state policy condition in the sphere of business security support in Ukraine is investigated. The thesis investigates the system of administrative and legal relations subjects, performing support of business security by performing functions of formation, implementation and monitoring of public policy in this area. Offers for quantitative structure optimization and functional extension of state agency for effective realization of state policy in the field of business security support are developed.
