Pavlenko D. Administrative responsibility of the subjects of providing the public services in the agricultural sector of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the study of complex administrative responsibility of the subjects of providing public services in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The thesis that the administrative offenses as the factual grounds of administrative responsibility of the subjects of providing public services in the agricultural sector of Ukraine (by the criteria of the universality of character) must be divided into two groups is proposed and justified. The model of the sphere of public services in the agricultural sector, which is the subject of the administrative and legal protection and one of the elements of the legal structure of administrative offenses-namely, the object offenses - is proposed and justified.
