Object of study: management processes of formation and development of corporate culture industry as one of the key factors for ensuring their high competitiveness. Research objective: development and scientific study of organizational and economic principles of the management of corporate culture industry as a factor enhancing their competitiveness. Research methods and apparatus: system-structural analysis, logic synthesis method, statistical and comparative analysis matrix method, analytic hierarchy process, decomposition and simulation. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological developments, practical suggestions for managing the corporate culture of the company. Novelty: theoretical and methodical bases of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the corporate culture of industrial enterprises through the identification of the components of the management process; improved interpretation of the essence of the concept "corporate enterprise culture "; improved scientific and methodical basis of complex multivariate evaluation of the corporate culture of the company through the existing system of criteria; improved scientific and methodical provisions for measures to optimize management of corporate culture on the basis of diagnostic search and diagnostic and control methods; were further developed systematization approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "corporate culture" onto the facet-based hierarchical classification; were further developed an approach to modeling the management process of corporate culture of enterprise; were further developed and formalization factors of the corporate culture of the enterprise in terms of macro, meso and macro levels. Level of implementation: development and practical guidelines implemented in the activity of Ltd. «Sumy plant" Nasosenergomash ", Ltd." NPP "Techno", Ltd.
