The object of the research is the process of the investment potential management of enterprises on drained lands. The aim of this work is to develop theory and to give practical recommendations as to manage the investment potential of companies on drained lands. The comparative and logical analysis, synthesis, expert assessments, and modelling, the morphological, abstract and logical, statistical, graphical, tabular methods are used by the author. Theoretical value of the work is in improving the existing theoretical positions as to manage the investment potential of companies on drained lands. The scientific novelty is a scientific and methodical approach of forming and evaluating the investment potential of companies on drained lands, based on integrated investment potential; management system of water management organizations, which is the justification maturity and compliance needs of the market according to the CMMI model; approach of attracting the investments to the companies on drained lands, based of public-private partnerships as an agro-industrial cluster; interpretation of the term "investment potential of companies on drained lands"; structure of factors that influenced on the investment potential of companies on drained lands; methodological approaches to the assessment, development and stimulation of investment activity of agricultural enterprises using organizational and economic mechanism. The subject of research is scientific and methodological bases and practical recommendations of the investment potential management of companies on drained lands. Author’s recommendations are being used for forming and evaluating the investment potential of companies on drained lands, stimulating the investment activity of agricultural enterprises. These recommendations are in use at Ukrainian agricultural enterprises and water management organizations.
