Object of study - autohesive and cohesive properties of liquid resin-oil-polymer binders (OPRB) and processes of matting resinpolymerconcrete mixtures. The aim is to develop high-quality colour technology cold thermoplastconcrete mixtures and thermoplastconcrete for covering urban flexible pavements. Research methods. Standard tests for liquid binders and thermoplastconcrete mixtures determined in accordance with с ГОСТ 11955 and ДСТУ Б В.2.7-119. Evaluation of binder adhesion to the surface of glass made by methods ГОСТ В.2.7.-81. To solve this problem used special techniques. Determined: cohesion, autohesion, rheological properties of binders; matting on tensile by the forming and splitting of samples with standard thermoplastconcrete mixture; colour coordinates surface of thermoplastconcrete. Scientific novelty of the results. First: developed and produced liquid resin-oil-polymer binders and thermoplastconcrete mixtures and thermoplastconcrete based on them; The efficiency of non-ionic surfactants to reduce matting of coloured thermoplastconcrete mixtures with optimal viscosity; The method of quantitative determination of colour, resulting in a confirmed visual observations and patterns that characterize the coating colour by the type of binder and pigment content; established correlation parameters of matting thermoplastconcrete mixtures based on OPRB obtained by the number of strokes, tensile strength by forming and the split, resulting in the influence of the polymer on the matting rate. The practical significance of the results is: the development of composition and production technology of OPRB and cold thermoplastconcrete mixtures based on them; to establish the impact of content antiautohesion modifer on matting in mixtures, physical and mechanical properties of thermoplastconcrete; quantitatively determining the colour coordinates thermoplastconcrete surface, establishing of pigment colouring effect by the type of binder; in establishing of the technological conditions of production and technical indicators of thermoplastic binder quality and quality of concrete based on it.
