The thesis is devoted to the study of relaxation regularities of high optical excitation and the mechanisms of energy transfer from Pr3+ ions to Ce3+ ions in phosphate nanoparticles LnPO4-RE (Ln = Lu, La; RE = Pr, Ce, Eu), depending on their size. The dependence of recombination processes dynamics on excitation photon energy and the size of nanoparticles was revealed. In the case of excitation photons energy hv> Eg the defining processes of recombination luminescence quenching is the electron emission beyond the nanoparticles.
