Thesis focuses on the problem of diagnosis and correction of disorders in periodontal patients after myocardial infarction and constantly used acetylsalicylic acid - based on the study of mechanisms of their occurrence and development. Was designed by results of clinical and laboratory studies the necessary diagnostic algorithm and proposed a method of correction regarding violations of the periodontal tissues in these patients. The concept of correcting periodontal lesions - design algorithm personal oral hygiene and the use of immunomodulators " Derynat " as mouthparts baths or applications. Proven high medical effectiveness of the proposed method of correction of periodontal lesions in these patients, especially in the first year of application of ASA .
