Rodionova I. The mechanism of increasing the innovation potential of enterprises in the technology transfer system.

In dissertation theoretical positions, methodological and practical issues in developing and implementing the mechanism of increasing the innovation potential of enterprise in the technology transfer system are developed. The role and nature of innovation potential and technology transfer are investigated, their place in the enterprise activity is defined, basic problems of legislation in the sphere of regulation and development of innovation activity and technology transfer are identified. The analysis of innovation and technological state of light industry enterprises is implemented; the estimation of innovation potential of enterprise of the branch with a certain level of innovation development is carried through; internal and external factors that affect the level of innovation potential of enterprises are identified; an expert assessment of the components of the innovation potential is carried through and the level of innovation activity of enterprises is determined. A mechanism of increasing the innovation potential of enterprises in the technology transfer system is proposed, that allows to achieve the enterprise goals. An innovation risks in the enterprise are proposed to assess and the own comprehensive methodology for assessing the innovation potential of enterprises is proposed.
