TThe thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and methodological providing the development of organizational and economic mechanism of the depreciation policy of industrial enterprises. The essence, elements of depreciation policy and depreciation system are revealed on the macro and micro levels, the relationship between them and other types of policies is defined. The factors that influenced the formation of depreciation policy are supplemented, simply accessed, characterized, the expediency of strategic approach to its management are justified. The depreciation policy of engineering companies in Khmelnytsky region is analysed, its impact on the state of the main means, income, formation of their own sources of funding for capital investment. A depreciation policy instruments, the procedure for making strategic management decisions for effective use is offered. Organizational and economic mechanism of depreciation policy industry and its relevant system of information and analytical support is worked out. Methodological tools of evaluation of effectiveness depreciation policy and the estimation of production, financial and general level of Patient enterprises is formed.
