Essay

The dissertation deals with the administrative and legal regulation of social organizations' activity. Found out the concept, nature and classification of social organizations. The place and role of social organizations in the political system of Ukraine are determined. Social organizations as a subject of administrative and legal regulations are described. An order of establishment and legalization of social organizations in Ukraine defined. The discontinuation of activities of social organizations is analyzed. Interaction between social organizations and state bodies are denoted.
