Shpak S. Goal-setting tools for the restructuring of industrial enterprises

The object - the process of forming the goals of restructuring of industrial enterprises; the purpose - the theoretic substantiation and elaboration of more formalized scientific-and-methodological approaches to planning and implementation of the diagnostic and analytical researches at the stage of strategic planning of restructuring of industrial enterprises; the methods - analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization and analogies, economic and mathematic statistics, system analysis: of the goals tree, SWOT- and SNW-analyses, expert evaluations and ranking, hierarchies analysis and pair comparison; the new approach - the methodological approach to forming of the complex of tasks of diagnostics and analysis has been elaborated for the first time; this method, as opposed to already existing, provides the subjecting of the analysis to the goal-setting process and, on the basis of it, the determination of analytic tasks set which is subject to be solved at every stage of forming of the restructuring goals, their purpose, requirements to analysis results and selection the most suitable methods for goal-setting process; the results - the methodological approach to forming of the strategic goals of restructuring of industrial enterprises and analytical support of the goal-setting process on the basis of the target approach and methods of the system analysis; implemented in - at engineering enterprises of Ukraine, particularly, at LLC "Railtransholding"; the field of use - economy and enterprises management (according to the types of economic activity).
