The theoretical issues of adaptive control and marketing have been generalized, concepts "branch marketing" and "adaptive marketing control" have been developed, and a set of corresponding marketing conceptions has been provided.The features of the building complex have been researched as an object of adaptive marketing control. The marketing analysis of the building complex in Ukraine has been carried out and value of benefits and risks of its development has been generalized, the strategic priorities of the building complex development in Ukraine have been formed on the basis of the analysis.
