Dzhumurat O. Customs risk management in the system of national economic security

The thesis deals with theoretical aspects of customs risk, their place and role in the national economic security have been defined, the factors have been provided and systemized, besides the sources of their appearing have been grounded, functional features of customs risk have been singled, as a specific category of state customs. A configuration system for monitoring foreign operations been provided, it is based on risk-oriented approach to customs control and on risk assessment for the operational implementation phase and customs of foreign operations. The expediency of improving information interaction with the participants of foreign trade customs has been grounded and stages of its implementation have been suggested. The selectivity customs process by modeling the basic parameters of risk goods moving across borders has been improved.
