Manayenko I. Investment support mechanism of the innovative power industry enterprise development

Dissertation is devoted to enrich theoretical and methodological regulations and elaboration of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of an effective investment support mechanism for innovative development on the example of power industry enterprise based on the concept of sustainable development. The place and dialectical relationships of investment mechanism in the enterprise activities were investigated, which made it possible to offer its components: investment support mechanism and mechanism of investment management. Theoretical approaches to the interpretation of fundamental research definitions were analyzed and concept of "Investment support mechanism for innovation project" was introduced. They were offered to view as the complex of tools, forms, levers, principles, factors which are aimed at the systematic process of attracting and investing the investment resources of different sources of origin and forms of investment support for innovation project based on existing innovative potential. Analysis of the branch features of the functioning power industry has created a foundation for the expediency of forming the criterial signs for the classifications of innovations in the energy sector and preparing a list of the main determinants which determine specificity of investment support the pertinent enterprises. It was proved that significant moral depreciation of fixed assets of power industry enterprises leads to the necessity of forming an effective investment support mechanism for innovative development. Therefore, the development of scientific and methodological basis for the formation of such mechanism is based on ecology providing imperatives, taking into account risks creating factors and patterns of power industry enterprise development. A scientific and methodical provision of innovative risks management development according to the stages of projects development and implementation on the power industry enterprises was improved. It was proved, that under condition of the sustainable development concept, ecology providing imperatives should hold a prominent place in the system of innovative power industry enterprises development. Scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment support mechanism for innovative development of the power industry enterprises with included costs of investments was developed. Scenario modeling of projected efficiency values according to changes in direct costs for the use of various forms of investment resources were developed.
