Saienko Y. Features of the legal regulation of working time in the new conditions of economy.

Dissertation is complex research of theoretical and practical questions of related to legal adjusting of working time on the enterprises of different patterns of ownership in the conditions of market economy. Legal nature and maintenance of working time is studied. The features of the legal adjusting of working time are analysed in the new terms of manage. The characteristic signs of working time are in detail considered, his kinds and their features are selected. Legal description of the mode of working time is given, he is set component elements and it is well-proven that overwork does not enter in the complement of the mode of working time. The legal adjusting of the "non-standard modes" of working time is separately considered as an important factor of organization of labour in the conditions of market economy. On the basis of analysis normatively legal acts of Ukraine and other countries, and also scientific literature, basic directions of reformation and perfection of institute of working time are formulated by making alteration and additions in a current legislation in the probed sphere.
