Ishchenko N. Regularities of transformation of rights and duties of parties of labor contract in content of labor legal relationship.

Thesis is a first attempt of comprehensive research of regularities of transformation of rights and duties of parties of labor contract in content of labor legal relationship. Legal nature of labor contract and labor legal relationships is investigated. Features, inherent exceptionally to the labor contract, are analyzed. The structure of social labor legal relationships is investigated, and it is proved that a legal fact is the element of this structure. Legal possibilities of parties of labor contract in influence on content of labor contract have been analyzing in detail. The conservative function of labor contract as the way of satisfactory and healthy condition of labor provision has been researching. Proposals to improve the labor legislation of Ukraine have been formulating on the basis of analysis of scientific literature, the decisions of the judiciary and the legal acts of Ukraine and other countries.
