3. The work is dedicated to the improvement of the diagnostics of vibration disease on the background of hypertension on the basis of studying clinical course, hormone and cytokine component of immunity, eicozanoid's status, the content of bioelements and usage of the method of correlative adaptometry. On examining 107 patients with vibration disease including 60 with accompanying hypertension, it was determined the increase of the basic disease clinical manifestations in patients with combined pathology. It was ascertained the presence of the secondary dysregulatory condition of immunocompetent sphere at vibration pathology, deepening with hypertension combination. It was ascertained the changes in hormone component of immunity regulation, cytokine balance in the form of increase of inflammatory TNF- ?, IL -6, IL -8 and decrease of anti-inflammatory IL -4. It was detected high activity of prostaglandin and leukotriene that proves the pathogenetic's role of endothelial dysfunction at vibration disease. Maximal changes in vessels occurred on the background of hypertension. Evident changes of mineral metabolism are illustrated. The content of bioelements is increasing in serum, erythrocytes, the excretion of all biometals with urine is increasing, and the concentration of macro - and microelements in hair is changing with combination of vibration disease and hypertension. With the help of the method of correlative adaptometry it was detected that hypertension as supplemental load for the organism amplifies adaptational opportunities and leads to derangement of homeostatic functions of the organism, extra suppression of functional activity of immune and neuroendocrine systems is occurring at vibration disease progress.
