The theses are dedicated to the solution of the theoretical and practical aspects of crediting of innovative projects nowadays. The terminology concerning crediting and innovative projects' realization is improved considering the conclusions of the classics of political economy and results of modern scientific researches. The role of the credit as the form of innovative projects' financial support is determined. The main kinds of investment credit are identified to be used at various stages of innovative project. The innovative projects' financial support in the economy of Ukraine is examined. The peculiarities of banking crediting of innovative projects as the priority source of the national economy's financial resources are identified. The main trends of the use of innovative projects' international crediting are studied. The possibilities and the offers for further growth of effectiveness of innovative projects' crediting are represented. The ways for minimization of risks of innovative projects' crediting are proposed.
