Essay

Object of investigation: the process of managing the component of a power engineering enterprise machining manufacturing system competitiveness. Aim: improving theoretical and methodical principles of managing the component of Ukrainian power engineering enterprise machining manufacturing system competitiveness. Investigation techniques: methods of system and process approaches; methods of process approach for analysis of machining technological process structure and the impact of machining centers on the mechanical and economical indicators of implementation process; abstract-logical method; methods of theoretical generalization and comparison; methods of statistical and economic analysis as well as mathematical analysis and modeling. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodical provisions on managing the component of machining manufacturing system competitiveness have been developed and brought to the level of specific proposals on managing the competitiveness of the machining centers of power engineering enterprises. Scientific innovation: a multipurpose methodical approach on the analytical support of the process of finding the most expedient variant of improving and managing the component of machining manufacturing system competitiveness has been developed. Implementation: the results have been implemented in the activities of the factories: "Electrovazhmash" (Kharkiv), "Malyshev Plant" (Kharkiv) as well as in the educational process of the Department of Municipal and Regional Economy of Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy named after A.M.Beketov. Field of application: power engineering enterprises.
