Objective: theoretical and methodological justification of scientific basis for formation of a market for organic agricultural food products and development of practical recommendations to stimulate its further development. Object: the formation and development of the organic agricultural food products in Ukraine. Methods: economic and statistical, opinion polls, matrix, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: The basis for the further enrichment of the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the further development of the market for organic agricultural food products. Practical results: designed scientifically justified recommendations to stimulate market development of organic agricultural food products. Scientific novelty: the methodical approach to the delineation of stages of development of the organic agricultural food products.
