Lubimov A. Protection of Employee's Rights to Remuneration of Labour in the Case of Bankruptcy of the Enterprise

Dissertation is devoted to analyses of theoretical and practical issues of protection of employee's rights to remuneration of labour in the case of bankruptcy of the enterprise. The work analyses notion and significance of protection of labour rights during bankruptcy of enterprise, gives characteristic of the norms, which regulate relationship in labour sphere during bankruptcy procedures, minutely studies peculiarities of employees' legal status in the case of bankruptcy of the enterprise. The dissertation thoroughly examines mechanism of employee's protection of the right to remuneration of labour in the case of bankruptcy of the enterprise, its notion and elements according to Ukrainian legislature, as well as international experience in protection of the right to remuneration of labour in the case of bankruptcy of the enterprise.The dissertation ascertains and generalizes main problematic issues of protecting employee's rights to remuneration of labour in the case of bankruptcy of the enterprise and proposes ways of their solution.
