Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the issues of detention, execution and termination of collective agreements in a market economy in Ukraine. Analyzed the concept, importance, subjects and components of content of collective agreements, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Grounded the relevance of the application in Ukraine collective agreements in a market economy. Proved that the presence of collective agreement not only creates additional material and social benefits for employees, but also contributes to the economic welfare of the employer. Proposed own definition of the collective agreement as a regulatory act which determines on a contractual level of social and labor relations between the employer and employees. Parties to the collective agreement are an employer (legal entity) and employees which operate in its authorized representatives. Made proposals to improve existing and future labor legislation in terms of obligatory collective bargaining for certain categories of employers, fixing the maximum term of their action, and more.
