Zinkov D. The place of trade unions in modern labour law: theoretical and legal aspects

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of trade unions' place in the modern labour law. Periodization of the historical development of trade union status in the system of relations on the use of hired labour is performed. The degree of correlation international regulatory framework of trade union activities with the national legislation is installed in terms of the improvement of national legislation. The role and importance of trade unions as a collective subject in the regulation of labour relations at present time are defined. Specific features of trade union legal personality are lit. Proposals to improve the regulation of the rights and guarantees of trade union activities are justified, the place and nature of the duties and liabilities of trade unions in the content of their legal status are determined. The value of the functions of trade unions at the present stage is outlined, their classification has been completed, the contents of these functions is lit and prospects in market conditions are defined.The definitions of legal categories are developed, the proposals to improve legislation on trade unions are made.
