Gusarov A. Legal Status of the Head of Enterprise, Institution, Organization in Labour Relationship

Dissertation is devoted to definition of peculiarities of legal status of the head of enterprise (institution, organization) in labour relationship. The work ascertains development of theoretical approaches of legal status of directors, provides delimitation between norms of labour legislature and other branches of law in regulation directors' status. It uncovers content of legal status of the mentioned category of workers in labour relationship, in particular defines their legal personality, systematizes their rights and obligations, characterizes peculiarities of their legal liability. A separate section is devoted to analysis of peculiarities of legal status of the head of state owned enterprise (institution, organization), the head of a business company, and the head of cooperative enterprise. The dissertation ascertains lacunae and inaccuracies in legislature in force, formulates proposition for their elimination. The work also works out propositions for enhancement of norms of the Draft Labour Code of Ukraine in the part of regulating legal status of the director.
