Pryanykov V. Peculiarities of Protection of Labour Rights and Interests of Public Prosecutors

Dissertation is devoted to research of peculiarities of protection of service-labour rights and interests of public prosecutors, namely certified category of personnel that is prosecutors of Office of Public Prosecutor. The work researches mechanism of protection of service-labour rights of public prosecutors of Ukraine and characterizes its elements, marks out means, measures and forms of its realization, ascertains their peculiarities. The dissertation states that basis for protection of service-labour rights and legal interests of public prosecutors of Ukraine should be the fact of provision of the proper rights and the fact of their violation. The work formulates the list of issues of protection of service-labour rights, freedoms and legal interests of public prosecutors and divides them into general and special, which is stipulated by peculiarities of professional activity. As a result of conducted research, the work proposes ways of surmounting problems of protection of service-labour rights, freedoms and legal interests of public prosecutors of Ukraine. Based on the conducted research, the dissertation presents concrete propositions or enhancement of legislature in force in the questions of legal regulation of protection of service-labour right and legal interests of public prosecutors of Ukraine.
