Homich I. Principles and forms of social security of the population of Ukraine

The thesis deals with the principles and forms of social security of the population of Ukraine. The paper analyzes the legislation of Ukraine in the field of social security, international legal acts. The concepts of "a form of social security" and "principles of social security", defined the legal nature and characteristics of individual forms and sectoral social welfare of the population of Ukraine.The features of these forms of social security, such as social insurance, social assistance, social benefits and care. Grounded concrete proposals and recommendations to improve legislation on the definition and implementation of forms and principles of social security of the population of Ukraine.
