This thesis is devoted to one of the urgent problems of Pediatrics - chronic gastroduodenal pathology, the study of clinical and paraclinical features of the course of the disease in children of different ages. In this paper we have investigated the clinical course, histological and immunohistochemical and chemical changes of secondary school and the duodenum according to the different age groups. It is proved that the pathogenetic mechanism of inflammation in pediatric age has its peculiarities and they are connected primarily with violations of the protective barrier of CO GDZ, because all children, regardless of age, was diagnosed with a violation of the protective mucosal barrier School and the duodenum: children 6 10 years have seen a decline in the level of neutral mucus glycosaminoglycans and the expression level of PGE 2 at the motor-evacuation disorders of the stomach and duodenum, and reduced level of the basal level of acidity of the stomach; children 11-13 years old with CGD associated with N.pylori, had a decrease in the level of neutral mucopolysaccharides, while maintaining the epithelial layer to protect the duodenum; patients 14-16 years old with severe degree of inflammation coolant revealed declines in neutral mucopolysaccharides and PGE 2; with atrophic and erosive changes in coolant and the duodenum noted violations preepitelial level of the protective barrier of the stomach and duodenum, while maintaining the epithelial protective barrier of the stomach. The efficiency of combined therapy HGDP all children, regardless of age, is increased by bringing to the medical complex of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. This therapy promotes a more rapid disappearance of dyspeptic syndrome on the background of inflammatory and destructive changes in the secondary school and the duodenum, improving microcirculation, increasing the resistance of the protective barrier of the stomach and duodenum.
