Kozlov V. Reliability Of Banking System Under The Cyclical Economic Development

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of enhancing reliability of banking systems under the cyclical economic development. The term "reliability of banking system" is explored and it's place in relation with other concepts is defined in the work. The analytical research of banking system reliability is performed in result of which main factors affecting it are discovered. Author develops the system of analytical methods allowing to give a complex measure of banking system reliability including dynamical model, stress-tests and a system of indexes. As a result of analysis of Ukrainian banking system, measures of it's improvement are suggested including improvements in the information infrastructure, legal and regulatory framework.
