Chan-khi O. Regulation of the dairy market in Ukraine

Object of study: the formation, operation and state regulation of the market in milk and milk products in Ukraine. Objective: To study the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of regulation of the market in milk and milk products for food security and sustainable development of competitive dairy cattle Ukraine. Methods: dialectic, intuitive, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, the laws of logic, historical, logical, comparative analysis, peer reviews, Economics and Mathematics. Scientific novelty: the first grounded theoretical approach to determine the effectiveness of state regulation of the market in milk and milk products using PAM analysis (The Policy Analysis Matrix); Classification of concepts evolution of macroeconomic theories of regulation of agricultural markets in the formation and development of its historical phases and modern concepts of regulation mechanism of regulation of the milk market in Ukraine, a system of indicators to measure the socio-economic efficiency of market regulation for milk and milk products, proposals for implementation of the program of direct payments to support income of milk producers and food security.
