Haber I. Improving the management process of material flows oil and gas companies

Dissertation work is devoted to theoretical substantiation and development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical guidelines for the management of material flows of oil and gas companies. The management model of material flows of oil and gas company that permit to timely identify of instability zone and to select sustainable development of enterprises, is developed. The methodical approach to the selection of the optimal management choices of material flows of oil and gas companies, which makes it possible to reduce the commercial risks caused by exposure to endogenous and exogenous factors, is developed. The possibility of management of material flows of oil and gas companies on the basis of monitoring performance, the length of the production cycle, achieving the designed parameters of hydrocarbon extraction with evaluation of synergistic effect, is substantiated. A model of optimal variants for management systems of material flows of oil and gas companies that permit to choose the most effective options for the development of oil fields is developed.
